- Report Tab (New Portal)

The Report tab of the SIM Information box displays the volume of data consumed by this SIM in the recent past. On this tab, you can interactively view usage by month, day, or hour, and you can export the results.

  1. Select Manage SIMs from the SIMs menu.
  2. Find the SIM you want to view in the SIM list and click it. The SIM Information box appears.
  3. By default, the Network tab is displayed.
  4. Click the Report tab.

Note that SMS and Voice usage are not displayed on the Report tab, but the data are available when you export the report to CSV.

Viewing Monthly Usage

When you first click the Report tab, AerPort displays monthly data usage for the past few months by default. Monthly data for the previous 24 months is available.

  1. From the Time Period drop-down, select Monthly.
  2. From the From and To drop-downs, select the month and year reflecting the range of months you want to view, within the past 24 months.
  3. Click Update Graph.

AerPort displays data for those months with data usage.



Viewing Daily Usage

Daily data usage for the previous 6 months is available.

  1. From the Time Period drop-down, select Daily.
  2. From the From and To drop-downs, select the dates reflecting the range of days you want to view, within the past 6 months.
  3. Click Update Graph.

AerPort displays data for those dates with data usage.



Viewing Hourly Usage

Hourly data usage for the previous 7 days is available.

  1. From the Time Period drop-down, select Hourly.
  2. From the From and To drop-downs, select the dates reflecting a range of dates and times that you want to view, within the past 7 days.
  3. Click Update Graph.

AerPort displays data for those hours with data usage.

Viewing SMS and Voice Usage in the Exported Report

Although the report on the screen does not show SMS and Voice usage, you can obtain this data by using the Export feature.

  1. Click Export.
  2. Select CSV.
