Here you will be able to view the aggregate consumption for each service that your SIMs are using (Data, SMS, and Voice), as well as specific SIMs in your account contributing most to overall data usage.
The chart allows you to select the type of service (Data, SMS, Voice) for which to view your account's aggregate use over the last five days. Next to the chart is a list of top data users during the past three days. To view details of a particular SIM in this list, click on its SIM identifier. Hyperlinks are provided at the bottom of the list to provide for easy access to other functions within AerPort. View devices will redirect you to the Devices page with the top data users pre-filtered. Create reports operates in a similar manner by redirecting to the Reports page and pre-populating the SIM identifiers within the create new reports screen. Lastly, clicking on view usage will bring you to the Usage Analytics page (this will be covered in more detail separately).
This information is particularly useful to view overall usage trends and dig deeper into current top data users.
Here you can view usage for each service that your devices are using, as well as which specific devices in your account are contributing most to the overall usage (data usage).

- The Usage trends graph displays your account's total data usage (in KB). You can also view SMS or Voice usage by clicking the corresponding radiobutton. Usage is displayed after the end of each calendar day (midnight GMT).
- The Top data usage displays devices (up to 10) that have sent or received the most data over the last 3 days (current day and previous 2 calendar days). Usage is added after a Packet data session has finished (therefore active sessions are not included).
- Clicking directly on a device ID from the Top data usage list takes you to the diagnostics page for that device.
- The View devices link takes you to the Devices tab. The top data users are automatically filtered out and displayed in the device list.
- The Create reports link takes you to the Create new report screen in the Reports Tab. The top data users are automatically populated into the device list for a device level report. You can then modify the report type and report criteria before running the online report.
- The View usage link takes you to the Usage screen. This screen provides the ability to filter based on usage type, time period, chart type, and device profile. This screen is also accessible from the Quicklinks menu.>
