Create a New Report

To create a new report, begin by clicking Create new report on the reports landing page. This will take you to the Create new report screen.

Select a Category, either Account Reports or Devices Reports.

You will then be able to select the desired report from the Report type drop-down menu.

Depending on the report type selected, AerPort will present various criteria that need to be defined before you are able to create the report.

Report type	Required fields	Limitations
Account Traffic Cost Summary	Duration: Month-To-Date, User-Defined Range, or Last Month. For a User-Defined Range, the Start Date MUST fall on the first day of the current month. The End Date can be any day before the current day. Product: Choose the devices to be included in this report by selecting a Product. More than one Product can be selected. The 'ALL' Products option is selected by default. Group By: Pool Name or Report Group.	As the data for this report is generated by an End of Day billing job, the report will reflect data correctly up to the last End of Day job, which is the previous day at midnight GMT.
Account Devices Detail	Status: ALL, Bill, Provision, Suspend, or Cancel. The "ALL" status option is selected by default. Status Date: ALL, Month-To-Date, User-Defined Range, Last 3 Days, or Last 7 Days. There no restrictions for entering a User-Defined Range. Product: Choose the devices to be included in this report by selecting a Product. More than one Product can be selected. The 'ALL' Products option is selected by default. Service Name: The "ALL" Service Name option is selected by default. All Service Names associated with your account are also available in the drop-down menu. Rate Plan: The "ALL" Rate Plan option is selected by default. All Rate Plans associated with your account are also available in the drop-down menu. Pool Name: The "ALL" Pool Name option is selected be default. All Pool Names associated with your account are also available in the drop-down menu. Report: To filter out one or more Report Groups, enter the Report Group values in the provided text box separated by a comma.	It may take up to 60 minutes before new devices or recent changes to a device are reflected in the report. The downloaded report will only contain the first 50,000 report entries. There is no limit to the amount of entries delivered in the scheduled Account Devices Detail report. Please see the MyReports section of this user guide for more information.
Account Devices Summary	Group By: Devices can be grouped by Pool Name, Report Group, Rate Plan, Status, Pool Name + Status, Report Group + Status or Rate Plan + Status.	It may take up to 60 minutes before new devices or recent changes to a device are reflected in the report.
Daily Device Traffic Usage	Duration: Month-To-Date, User Defined Range, Last 1 Day, Last 3 Days, Last 7 Days, or Last Month. For A User-Defined Range, the start date can be no earlier than the first day of the previous month. Product: Select the Product that will be included in this report. Device Attribute: Select the device attribute of the devices to be entered. Device List: Device IDs must be separate by a comma or listed one per line.  A maximum of 10 devices can be entered.	The data provided in this report is a rounded summary of the device's traffic transactions - this value may be slightly higher than the actual sum of all the data traffic records in the traffic detail report.
Device Traffic Summary	Duration: Month-To-Date, User Defined Range, Last 1 Day, Last 3 Days, Last 7 Days, or Last Month.  For A User-Defined Range, the start date can be no earlier than the first day of the previous month. Product: Select the Product that will be included in this report. Device Attribute: Select the device attribute of the devices to be entered. Device : Device IDs must be separate by a comma or listed one per line.  A maximum of 10 devices can be entered. Device Traffic Detail	Duration: Month-To-Date, User Defined Range, Last 1 Day, Last 3 Days, Last 7 Days, or Last Month.  For A User-Defined Range, the start date can be no earlier than 60 days prior to the current date.  Device Attribute: Select the device attribute of the devices to be entered. Device List: Device IDs must be separated by a comma or listed one per line. A maximum of 10 devices can be entered. Traffic Types: The "All" Traffic Types option is selected by default.  Selecting radio button will display only that traffic type in the generated report: Control plane: Cellular registration events for the device(s) while operating in the cellular network; can be a Registration, Deregistration, or Clear Registration event. Packet: Start, Stop, and Continue events for Packet data sessions SMS: MO and MT SMS Voice: MO and MT Voice	It may take up to 15 minutes after a traffic event before it is reflected in the report.  The downloaded report will only contain the first 50,000 report entries. There is no limit to the number of entries delivered in the scheduled Account Devices Detail report. Please see the MyReports section of this user guide for more information. Control plane information is not available for Dual-Mode A-LH devices.
Device Activity	Duration: Month-To-Date, User-Defined Range, Last 1 Day, Last 3 Days, Last 7 Days, Last Month or Provision-To-Date.  The Provision-To-Date will include all activity since the date the device was provisioned. There are no restrictions for setting a User-Defined start date. Product: Select the Product that will be included in this report. Device Attribute: Select the device attribute of the devices to be entered. Device List: Device IDs must be separate by a comma or listed one per line. A maximum of 10 devices can be entered.	It may take up to 60 minutes before new devices or recent changes are reflected in the report.
