While viewing billing data, keep in mind that:
- Billing is processed after the end of each day (midnight GMT), therefore charges from the last one to two days (GMT) may not be reflected in your billing reports.
- The amounts depicted in the reports are estimates based on your current usage and rate plans and do not include any discounts, custom pricing arrangements, credits, charges for support, professional services, etc. Those adjustments and fees will be reflected in your actual bill at the end of the month.
- The historical information accessibility is limited to past 24 months for monthly view, past 6 months for daily view, and 7 days for hourly graphs.
- When choosing a specific start date ("From:" date) or end date ("To:" date) for a given chart, note that the chart will render data inclusive of the start date and exclusive of the end date.
