Forgot Password

If a user has forgotten their password, they can reset it using the forgot password option on the login page of the portal.

Follow these steps to reset the forgotten password.

1. Click the Forgot Password? link on the login page of the portal.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Click Submit. The portal looks up your email address to ensure it is a valid user, and then sends a password reset link to the same email address.
   Note: Note: the password reset link will expire after 5 Minutes. If you receive an email requesting you to reset your password that was not initiated by you, you can ignore the email to avoid any impact on your login credentials and continue using your existing password.
4. Click the password rest link from your email and enter your desired new password.

   You can now login to the portal with your new password.
