- Scheduled report generation will begin at midnight GMT for the selected frequency and be delivered to the set of Configured Email Recipients once the report is complete.
- The download link provided in the email will stay active for 5 days. After 5 days, the link will expire and the report must be retrieved from Recent MyReports, where it is available for 30 days.
- Scheduled reports that contain more than 1 million records in the output file will not be viewable through Microsoft Excel. Excel will not be able to handle a file of this size and will tell you that “the file cannot be loaded.”
- The report is recurring and will continue to generate on schedule until the template is deleted.
