As an Admin user of the portal, you can invite other users to access the portal, view devices, manage the account, and perform other related activities. Each user account is given a defined Role to allow or restrict access to various features of the portal.
As an Admin user, the recommendation is to invite at least one user for each role in your account. This helps you manage all portal activities based on assigned roles for each user.

View active and pending users
Follow these steps to view active and pending users.
- Login to AerPort.
- Click the User Account icon from top-right corner of the menu bar. Select the Manage
Users option from the drop-down menu.
- The Manage Users screen appears displaying the list of ACTIVE USERS by default.
Names are blurred for privacy in the image below.
- Click PENDING USERS to view the the list of names and email addresses to whom an
invitation was sent but they have not yet signed up on the portal. Columns for the date
the invitation was sent, when the invitation expires, and the invitation status are
provided.Note: Alternatively, you can export a list of active and/or pending user names and email addresses. Click the EXPORT button and then select All Users, Active Users, or Pending Users from the drop-down to download a CSV file of user information. Included in the CSV file are fields for the Name, Email address, Role, and User Status.
Invite other users
Follow these steps to invite other users,
- Login to AerPort.
- Click the User Account icon from top-right corner of the menu bar. Select the Manage
Users option from the drop-down menu.
- The Manage Users screen appears displaying the list of ACTIVE USERS by default.
- Click the ADD USER button.
- Enter the email address of the new user and check the appropriate role(s).
- Click the Invite user button.
AerPort sends an invitation email to the email address. The invitation expires after 7 days.
The invited user can follow the steps in the Create User Account article for creating user accounts and accessing the portal.
If the invited user already has access to an account on the portal, they can switch to that account as required. See Manage Accounts for details.
Resend an invitation to a new user

The Admin will then receive notification that the user needs a new invitation.
Follow these steps to resend an invitation.
- Login to AerPort.
- Click the User Account icon from top-right corner of the menu bar. Select the Manage
Users option from the drop-down menu.
- The Manage Users screen appears displaying the list of ACTIVE USERS by default.
- Click PENDING USERS to view the the list of names and email addresses to whom an
invitation was sent but they have not yet signed up on the portal. Columns for the date
the invitation was sent, when the invitation expires, and the invitation status are
provided. Names are blurred for privacy in the image below.
- Locate users whose Invite Status is Expired.
- Click the green arrow circle icon to resend the invitation.
- The portal confirms that the invitation has been sent.
