Your Business Performance Analytic Reports (New Portal)

The Business Performance Analytic reports are included in the Essentials package add-on to your connectivity subscription. These features provide analytics that help you fine-tune the performance of your IoT solution.

For more information on available Business Performance Analytic reports, see the following pages:

• Network Utilization
• Pool Utilization
• Last Network Activity

Note: When you subscribe to the Essentials package, you can purchase access to an additional Inactive Devices report that provides details about device inactivity in your account.

To access these reports:

1. Login to AerPort.
2. Click Try the New Portal on the top menu bar.

   

3. Click Analytics on the left menu bar.

   

4. Click the report you want to view.

To return to AerPort, click Return to Classic AerPort on the left menu bar.
